A Tale of the Sea, the Sun and History

The story of ceviche cannot be told without the history of the people and cultures who have cooked this refreshing hot weather food. Learn through tasting as chef and restaurateur Ronny Jaramillo creates two versions of this classic summer dish. Travel in time with him as he takes us from his youth in Ecuador, learning this dish at his grandmother’s side into the present day and the experiences that have shaped his culinary point of view. You’ll taste both variations, the traditional and his modern adaptation. Each dish will be paired with an adult beverage.

Pricing:

$25 – Jul 24th to Jul 31st / Early Bird

$35 – Aug 1st to Aug 3rd

The Food With Friends Project was created to bring people together around food, to connect people from different cultures, ages, neighborhoods, and even continents, using food - the one thing we all have in common - as the bridge. You can learn more about us at www.thefoodwithfriendsproject.com.
